Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Meditation & Chanting
Every Saturday between January 10th and February 14th, with the exception of January 24th when the teacher for this class has a prior commitment.
Tensions that lodge themselves in the body, mind and heart hinder our overall health and tend to cause suffering. The modalities of asana, breathing, mudras, meditation and chanting help us relax those tensions. Over time, such a practice helps us get a little freer from our usual limitations, attachments and fears. This allows us more clarity and a more peaceful connection with ourselves and the rest of the world. The particular mantras we will use in this course will be Peace mantras. To learn more about the use of chant in practice, click here.” Tuition for the 5 week series is $65 and needs to be paid in full even if you have to miss a class or two during the series.
If you are interested in joining this class, please write to Martine (she/her) at “info@upstateyogainstitute.com.”
