Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Chanting and Meditation with Martine
Please note that this is a 5 week series with a hiatus on March 21st, so the last class of the series will be on April 5th.
Tensions that lodge themselves in the body, mind and heart hinder our overall health and tend to cause suffering. The modalities of asana, breathing, mudras, chanting, and meditation help us relax those tensions. Over time, such a practice helps us get a little freer from our usual limitations, attachments and fears. This allows us more clarity and a more peaceful connection to ourselves and the rest of the world. To learn more about the use of chant in practice, click here.”
Tuition for the 5 week series is $75. Participants must have prior experience in yoga. If you are interested in joining this class, please write directly to Martine (she/her) at “info@upstateyogainstitute.com.”
