This ongoing class is for students who appreciate the breath oriented movement of yoga coming out of the teachings of Krishnamacharya and Desikachar, or for those who would like to further their practice skills through the discovery of this method of practicing yoga. Each class begins with a brief awareness meditation followed by a sequence of postures and pranayama techniques. It concludes with a brief meditation.
Tuition $72.00 for the 4 Week Series. Drop rates and prorated series fee are available to late registrants.
