This ongoing class is designed to meet the needs of continuing practitioners as well as beginners who wish to maintain appropriate optimal health and well being. Asana practices centered around breathing techniques are intended to expand mobility, flexibility and strength while mindfully respecting current health challenges. If a practitioner can not move easily to the floor and back to a seated position in a chair, postures will be adapted according to individual abilities.
