Tensions that lodge themselves in the body, mind and heart hinder our overall health and tend to cause suffering. The modalities of asana, breathing, mudras, chanting, and meditation help us relax those tensions. Over time, such a practice helps us get a little freer from our usual limitations, attachments and fears.
