This course is designed for people who have taken the Introductory course at Upstate Yoga or those who have taken yoga elsewhere but are new to our approach. In this 5 week Series, you will continue to be introduced to the fundamental aspects of yoga practice. The only pre-requisite for this class is that you be able to get on the floor and get back up again. Everything else will be taught to you in a precise way, with proper modifications brought to each posture as needed. Our teaching methodology promotes the harmonization of body, breath and mind, which leads to a feeling of wellness and stability.
