
Near beginners’ level Yoga
starting March 4th
This 5 week course is designed for two kinds of yoga practitioners: those who have taken our Introductory Series in the past or those who have taken occasional classes elsewhere but would like to learn to practice of yoga in earnest, which implies proper breath engagement and refined adaptations for body type and constitution. The course will run for 5 consecutive Saturdays, 9:15AM to 11:30 AM and the cost for the 5 week Series is $60.
