After 28 years of teaching in different locations, Upstate Yoga Institute is pleased to have a comfortable and peaceful home at 6843 East Genesee, at the corner of Edwards and East Genesee, right past the Dewitt Wegman's (on the left when driving east, across from the Byrne Dairy).

Our facility has a welcoming library/waiting room, a large room for group classes and a smaller studio for private consultations.

If you wish to take a look at our facility, please call us at 445-4894 and leave us a message so we can call you back and arrange a time to show you around. Most of the time we are at the studio, we are in session and cannot show you the school as we would like to.
